Who is Jo Soares?

Jo Soares is a Brazilian comedian and talk show host. He was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1938. While Jo was born in Brazil, he was educated in the USA and Switzerland. In 1958 he returned to Brazil and settled in Rio.

Upon his return to Rio, Jo Soares moved to TV Rio, where he wrote and appeared on comedy shows for the broadcaster. In 1970 he moved and started working for Rede Globo. Jo Soares moved back to SBT in 1988, where he would host the show “Jo Soares at Eleven Thirty”.

He moved the show back to Rede Globo in 1999 and ran the show with the broadcaster until 2016. He is known for his observational comedy, surreal humor, and dry sense of humor.

Jo Soares is also a published author with some best-selling books. One of his books was even made into a film.

How bitcoin started

Bitcoin started in 2008 with the registration of a domain. The Bitcoin.org domain was registered on August 18, 2008 and is considered the beginning of Bitcoin. The system was supposedly designed by Santoshi Nakamoto. He published a paper in October 2008 entitled Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System.
