The bulls are taking the reins of the bitcoin price, making a solid breakout above the $60,000 mark, hitting new all-time highs, and it looks like the Simpsons have done it again. In a new episode that aired Sunday, BTC is highlighted in the news ticker with an infinity sign.

Gamestopstock is also present in episode.

In the 18th district. The episode titled Burger Kings of 32. In the first season of the popular animated series, bitcoin (BTC) was featured during a news broadcast with a ticker at the bottom of the screen showing various publicly traded US companies.

However, what has caught the attention of the crypto community, and what has been a hot topic on Reddit subforums, are the details of BTC’s infinite price allocation.

Interestingly, video game retailer Gamestop (GME) appeared on the scene after the bitcoin listing.

In typical Simpsons sarcastic style, the popular stock run by the Reddit investor community booked $1 trillion in gains a few months ago, only to quickly fall back by $2 million – a parody of the high volatility of stocks.

The plot of the episode revolves around M… Burns starts selling hamburgers at the factory. He wanted to die after eating a lot of hamburgers, so he had a business idea.

While the episode isn’t about cryptocurrencies, it does touch on financial market concepts like speculation, as Marge got her start speculating on the shares of Burns’ brand new company. She would use the profits to buy Homer new pants.

Previous references to cryptography in The Simpsons

This is not the first time that cryptocurrencies have been discussed in an episode of one of the world’s most famous cartoons.

For episode 13 of season 31, The Simpsons enlisted Jim Parsons, better known as Sheldon Cooper in Big Bang Theory, to explain the concept of cryptography.

At press time, bitcoin stands at $63,200, with a market capitalization of $1.18 trillion, according to markets.Bitcoin.com.
