Bollywood actress and model Urvashi Rautela, who represented India at Miss Universe 2015 pageant, has taken an interest in cryptocurrency.

Urvashi won Miss Indian Princess in 2011 as well as a Miss Tourism Model contest held in China, becoming the first Indian citizen to win that contest. This led to a decade-long acting career that began with her film debut in Singh Saab the Great (2013) and continues to this day.

Today, Urvashi announced on Instagram that she will be attending the launch party for new cryptocurrency project Battle Infinity — due out on PancakeSwap on August 17 — and tagging project leader Suresh Joshi on IG.

Suresh Joshi, Business Graduate from Delhi University, commented:

Earlier this month, Battle Infinity sold out its crypto presale in record time — raising 16,500 BNB (about $5 million in USD) in just 24 days.

The fact that this project has an all-Indian core team of developers, game designers and marketers has attracted widespread interest from news outlets such as Livemint, the Khaleej Times, Outlook India and even Yahoo Finance.

Other crypto projects with a similar base have achieved great success, such as Sandeep Naiwal-founded Polygon (MATIC), which today has a market cap of $7.6 billion and is the 14th largest cryptocurrency asset in the industry.

Investors are optimistic Battle Infinity (IBAT) will continue to perform well after its first index offering (IDO) this Wednesday on PancakeSwap, where it is quoted at 16:00 UTC.

Gamers and sports fans are also excited to see how the project develops, as its goal is to host a decentralized NFT-based fantasy sports league in the metaverse, where players design and compete with their teams – including cricket teams among others and earn free crypto by winning matches and climbing the IBAT Premier League leaderboard.
